INVENTORY AND LOGISTICS COORDINATOR

This is a full-time position with compensation determined based on experience. We believe in supporting our people to accomplish professional goals and rewarding achievements. BIFP offers a fair starting salary and have a complete benefit package including health, life, vision, 401k, etc. Salary range of $65,000 to $70,000 depending upon qualifications.
Duties and Responsibilities as Inventory and Logistics Coordinator:
• Coordinate U.S. Customs procedures and associated documentation with import shipments, as well manage the FCTG Lacey Act compliance program for BIFP.
• Manage inventory system tracking product levels and shipments, and review reconciliations.
• Evaluate deliveries and shipments to improve inventory control procedures.
• Analyze daily product levels to anticipate inventory problems or shortages.
• Develop business relationships with traders and clients.
• Propose strategies to reduce costs and improve supply chain logistics.
• Track data and report on inventory levels, supply chain progress and procedural efficiency.
• Dispatch Inventory Items.
• Ensure timely delivery of inventory shipments.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma is required along with a Bachelor Degree from four-year college or university; or Associate’s degree from two-year college plus one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Ability to prioritize and perform multiple activities.
• Posses strong organizational skills and willingness to work extra hours as needed.• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Able to maintain a positive attitude with willingness to learn and be trained on BIFP practices.
• Must follow company processes and controls in place.
• Must have a high level of attention to detail and work well with others.
